West Quincy Motors has been servicing customers since 1949. Doug and Phil Luoma became 2nd generation owners after taking over the business from their father, Weikko, thirty years ago. They have brought with them their love of foreign automobiles as West Quincy Motors specializes in servicing German and Swedish motorcars.
Those who have their cars serviced at WQM redefine the phrase “repeat customers”. The Luoma brothers have enjoyed long lasting relationships with their customers. They have serviced the family cars for many two and three generation customer families. These relationships have been built on mutual trust and respect that have been established over the years by the competence, high standards and caring of the WQM owners and their technicians that is not often found in other shops. WQM is truly a family oriented business.
The most current diagnostic tools are employed to identify and correctly fix problems the first time. WQM is equipped to handle a wide variety of repairs and maintenance from oil changes to major engine repairs. Only original equipment parts are used to guarantee the longevity of the repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. West Quincy Motors is certified by the National Institute for Automotive Excellence.
