West Quincy Motors is open Monday through Friday from 7:00AM – 4:30PM. There is a locked drop off box for their customer’s convenience and arrangements can be made to pickup cars after hours. Loaner cars are offered with advanced scheduling and customers can be accommodated by a courtesy ride to the near-by T station. Whenever possible, Doug and Phil will try to coordinate other service such as state Inspections, glass replacement, auto detailing and bodywork.

The technicians at West Quincy Motors are trained in all aspects of automotive repair. Their commitment and loyalty to West Quincy Motors and its customers is second to none. The four full time technicians have a combined experience of one hundred years in the auto industry. West Quincy Motors is certified by the National Institute for Automotive Excellence.
Doug Luoma is a graduate of Bentley College and holds a BS in business. He quickly decided that he wanted to continue his involvement with the family business and has been on board since 1977 as the manager.
Phil Luoma advanced his career in the automotive industry when he graduated at the top of his class from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is still impressing today with his exceptional diagnostic skills and his adeptness at correctly fixing complex problems the first time.
Mark Eramo graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology and joined WQM twenty years ago to pursue his love of cars. Mark's attention to detail is shown not only in his repair work, it is also evident in the cars he owns and restores. Mark's cars have won top awards in shows throughout New England.
Ben Luoma, Phil's son, graduated from the Franklin Institute in automotive technology and also holds a bachelor's degree in small business management. He's on board at WQM honing his automotive skills. Ben shares his father's love of all things mechanical.
